7 years ago now. Chewing gums helped whenever I got the urge to light one up, but I am sure it has been said here before.
Been smoking for 16 years now, longest I gave up was for 4 months. I don't think I will ever manage, to be honest.
At the moment I have drastically reduced the smokin amount, I get a 30g bag and it lasts me for about 2 weeks, sometimes a little bit more. Haven't smoked any weed in 2+ weeks now, although I am not going to lie to myself, in about a month or so I'm gonna be packing a fat bowl, I just need to drive a lot so I took a break, don't wanna get tested in traffic.
I QUIT FROM DAY ONE and still holding on no smoking or wape 23 years ago. BTW. I smoked around 80 strong homemade cigaretes a day when I quit.
Which was a very smart and wise decision. Unfortunately, I wasn't quite as "smart" and have been smoking, sometimes more, sometimes less, for over 40 years.
I don't regret smoking or baking, I just wanna remove tobacco from the equation as a habit. I'm fine with eventually smoking occasionally, its the fact that I have formed a habit of smoking tobacco that annoys me the most.
