I think you are missunderstood topic just like I did first. It says if you have installled any leaked build of 8.1 ( the leaked build .iso ) then you are able to open New Windows AppStore if you have signed with MS account. OS for update will be available afterwards.
Checked it, and it doesn't change anything, as Ultrawindows said later, the 8.1 build is the same one as the Windows 8 one
Well actually he said that the info came from someone rather close to the matter. Meaning he got the info from someone who actually knows about release dates.
I know, but I don't believe it, as I've said before, one month between the preview and general availability is just too short, even for a 'service pack'
Not necessarily, given that Windows 8.1 is something Microsoft have never done before, and that the Windows 8.1 Preview is so close to final anyway, it literally needs only 2 weeks to iron out the rest of the bugs and ship it. If Microsoft wanted, they could ship Windows 8.1 in July!
They have done that a lot of times in a similar way: making a upgrade pack out of a RTM ISO is just the same as making a update SP pack out of a SP RTM ISO.
I reinstalled Build 9385. But I only get the Movie Moments update. Any idea? Should I run Windows Update?
