Strange physical address on ethernet adapter after flashing bios

    I know that I have to download and install VMware Player and run the SFX on the VM. Then do I have to grab only the .mo files, or in the VM there will be other TEMP files? Where do I have to move those files? What do I have to do with them?

    BTW. Sorry, I'm not an expert, but is this the only way to change the MAC address?

    OK, I've got the files:

    I've tried to use Phoenix Winphlash, but when I click on Advanced Settings, I've got this message:

    What to do now?
