From what I read on MSI forum, from v1.x to v4.0 had to be flashed via their tool as there was some base code added. (whatever that truly means...) Anyway, I have a working 4.0 BIOS with DELL SLP and SLIC 2.1. Tested with Pro and Ultimate working.
