Windows 7 gonna be dead. And MS tells me to upgrade to Windows 10. Ha! I gonna move to Windows 8.1. At least I can tweak it to look like Win7.
I dont mind the flat metro style and im used to the start menu so no themes or shells for me, the only thing i do insist on is the classic task manager(from winaero). tweaked to the tits 8.1 is great
What about Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (For Embedded Systems) this page says that it has WU support till 2024 I have tried to find an ISO of any of the 4 Embedded versions of Windows 7 that are listed at the bottom of this page, but to no avail. Can anyone else here help or expand on knowledge of the Windows 7 Embedded versions listed at the bottom of this page "msembedded biz en embedded-software windows-7" I had to butcher the URL b/c guess I'm too new to post links, just put the slashes back in where I put the big gaps & add back the triple W

f you think 7 Embedded Pro & Ultimate doesn't exist, here are the SKU numbers for them 44C-00039 and 42C-00039 Just search for them & you'll see that there are a ton of MS partners selling them. And like I said before, all of the partner/resellers say that they have WU support till 2024.
So it's just normal Windows 7 with a key licensed for Embedded usage i.e. EOS is January 2020, and it support ESU until 2023
