On windows 7 Professional I can drag and drop a JPG within a folder either on the desktop or pictures folder on top of another picture and they change places. On windows 8 professional this drag and drop feature no longer works. Can someone tell me how I can get the drag and drop to work on 8? We use this feature in the arts world where a portfolio has many pictures within the folder, and it's easy to rearrange them with this drag and drop feature. I tried some regedit change, but they don't work.
