Sysprep was not able to validate your Installation

    Hello, i cant sysprep my wirtual machine in vmware workstation, i install windows 8.1 update it and activate with KMS and i cant sysprep :( i use this commands
    Code:
    Sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:C:\unattend.xml
    i try reinstall windows and without KMS but same error

    The KMS activation won't keep anyway.

    To me the thread title suggests that the unattend.xml is not configured correctly?
