Personally, if I had such a problem, I would have done a Clean and new install already if my initial tries didn't work. I do not like to spend a lot of time to find out why something unprecedented happens, which could not be solved in just a few steps. I always have an Image of the freshly installed Windows 10 with all needed Apps, as well as all my data on a different Data Drive already. And all of my Data is synchronized to 2 Data Drives, one internal HDD, and one external USB3 HDD. Beside that, all data are also on my Linux Debian Server and auto-updated every 3h. I do not use a NAS Drive anymore because of the low speed.
