Hello, today I noticed something strange which I would like to understand. Every 150 seconds the "System" (ntoskrnl) process is doing something in "C:\Windows\System32\config\DRIVERS" It is reading at exactly 2.1mb/s for a couple of seconds as seen in the taskmgr. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what is causing that or how I could track the cause down. This just happens on one of my PCs which is driving me a bit crazy. Maybe someone notices the same (just sort by disk usage in taskmgr and you would notice it in a couple of minutes) I made some screenshots to help you understand.
