    Hello,

There's this 2 things I can not find on the internet, these are:
1: How to change the taskbar button size? It used to be easy in Windows XP but I don't know how to do this in 7.
2: 5.1 Surround Sound support for Realtek based audio card. On XP I had Surround sound support, but now on Windows 7 my SRS Audio Sandbox returns the message that " the preferred device does not support 5.1 surround sound".
How can I fix this problem, or possibly just fake windows 7 into believing there's 5.1 surround sound support?

I know the 5.1 surround sound problem is pretty common already, but I have not found a working solution yet. Also installing Realtek drivers isn't working, since Windows 7 already substitutes these.

Hopefully you know the answer to both my questions.
    Thanks in advance.

Fixed the 5.1 Surround Sound issue by setting the original realtek setup to run in Vista SPII Compatibility mode, and then configuring the realtek settings to 5.1 ss.

Bump intended, still looking for a way to adjust the taskbar button width.

Right click the taskbar -> Properties
    check 'Use small icons'
select 'Combine when taskbar is full' under 'Taskbar buttons'

No.. I mean altering the size of the buttons in the default state.
There's a register trick for it, but I can't locate it in 7.
I already use these settings, now I just want the buttons to be wider so I can read the text better.
