I have set my taskbar to small icon and never combine. For example, I was using google chrome. Whenever I visit a new link, the google chrome page and the program tab on the taskbar will refresh. Like when you open a new program, the tab will slowly increase from small to big on the taskbar. By right, it should just change the name without refreshing the tab. It happens to every program I use. Any idea?
