I was indeed on the moon with 1607 in the past few years then 1809 release i came back down. But wait, thought we're talking about WU not telemetry! Say i had attempted IP collecting and blocking telemetry on W10 first RTM and it wasn't successful, i caused myself inconvenient access to MS sites as well to some CDN contents IIRC, but disabling/enabling WU services was so easy back then.
