What does that do with the BOOTMGR? The problem is not that I can't bypass the system requirement checker. The problem is that the new BOOTMGR is incompatible with Legacy BIOS.

It's always best to disconnect all possible drives when upgrading, if i find the time i will setup my i7 8700 system with mixed mbr and gpt partitioned disks and redo my test.

Sensational, I wanted to create the iso and all the structure like yours working MRP and HWID but I'm too much of a layman.
