"The Language cannot be installed on this computer" while installed MUI Windows 10

    Hello bro.
    I was try installing MUI Language Pack into windows 10 x64.
    but, I Getting this notice : "The Language cannot be installed on this computer"

    there's suggest to solve it ?

    Why not download the languagepack in windows itself?

    Try Xmenu > Start > run > insert "lpksetup.exe" and hit "OK" and follow the screens.

    ya, I do it.
    I was installed using lpksetup.exe offline mode and getting these notice.
