Interesting. I consider NONE of your listed apps as "must have". Maybe only MS Toolkit could be "must have" for people, who don't pay their bills. And .NET FW v3-5 is "must have", but it is not standalone app, but build-in feature.

Windows 8.1 AIO ISO, MSMG Toolkit, Net Framework 3.5 - Better is to use DISM customized ISO (just choose preferred edition Ent. or Pro, integrate one language pack, integrate latest updates, enable only used features)...
...this will give you less of crap.

Updating apps - I use SUMo and Software Informer instead for app. updates, for OS updates the default Windows Update is sufficient.

UXTheme Patch - I use AeroGlass's CustomThemeAtlas setting instead (it is custom themed and transparent too).

Classic Shell/Start8 - It is SO GOOD, that Start Menu with mess in "All programs" folder is killed. I use TrueLaunchBar instead.

TCP-IP Patcher - completely redundant for people, who doesn't use apps like eMule...

    Real "must have" apps:
HashCheck (to create hashes via right-click content menu in EVERY file manager x64 or x32), SUMo and Software Informer (app updates), AeroGlass (Transparency), TrueLaunchBar (fully customizable menu), Total Commander, Opera Presto 12.16 (tabs on multiple rows), uTorrent, Winamp (with "toggle WindowsShade" mode and classic theme - to stick it at screen top with minimum of screen space used), VLC Player or MPC-HC or maybe Zoom Player, Trillian (with all instant messenger accounts), Notepad++, WinRAR or 7-Zip, TrueCrypt (for notebooks to RSA crypt all HDDs), Sysintenals Suite (Process Explorer, Autostart), VMware Workstation, Double Driver (extraction of drivers from working PC), Windows Essentials (for beginners), Dropbox or MEGAsync, StreamTransport (download ANY streamed video from web), The Bat (most advanced email client), r2 Startup Delayer (assign delay in sec for autostarted apps to avoid overload), Telnet (Windows default), FTP Server (for exchanging files between owned PCs), Windows ADK, SDK, Office, Nero (for those, who still use those silly plates), FineReader (for OCR), VueScan (for scanning), ACDSee Pro (for picture manager), Adobe Photoshop CC, Acrobat XI Pro, VirtualDub (making videos), MediaInfo (for viewing properties of movie files), Windows Phone Desktop (for connecting your cell phone), JSignPDF (for signing PDFs with digital signature), Steam (for gamers), DOSbox (for legacy gamers), OpenVPN (for anonymized and RSA crypted surfing), ElevatedShortcut (for AUTOSTART of elevated apps, yes Windows can't do that neither with compatibility or advanced option), GetRight (for downloading sequence of URLs or using web browser), Teleport Ultra (for making offline copy of the web site)...

    ...that's it. :))
