Thank so much for answers have i nice day
In regards to loader activation. Windows 8 uses a secure boot option as we are all aware of meaning that until this is disabled loaders are going to be out of the picture. This option is seen in the Windows 8 edition licensing information which is located in System32. We can see that there are 3 ways in which Microsoft secures the operating system from being pirated. The first is in order to avoid bypassing before the Install even takes place the setup files scans the Windows Image for hash changes which will conflict with an internal hash table. The Second method it utilizes is Secure boot which is built into the OS which negates loaders (or loading of files during the boot) sadly enough as I was looking into this. And the last or third method is the way in which each activation file works which provides for anti-modification (aka byte for byte scanning and internal signature checks). Now you guys see why very little progress has been made on the Activation of Windows 8. Now time to go on in regards to Windows Activation. There are only 3 methods for activation which actually work. Windows 8 retail product keys never expire and can be used multiple times. The 2nd is KMS activation uses an external virtual machine as you can't KMS activate locally at this point because microsoft re-did the kms local server files. The 3rd and last is not ready but is on the internet which is a pre-cracked ISO which is in beta status and is not advisable for normal users.
U can't get XP mode as such for windows 8 but u surely can turn on the feature of hyper-V in windows 8 pro or ent and install windows 8 in it. About product key u could skip the key in windows 7 that not true in windows 8 but by adding ei.cfg containing below lines into sources folder will help u to skip the key requirement during installation. Code: [Channel] Retail [VL] 0
In regards to a loader there will not be one until the Secure Boot option can be turned off in the feature list of the Windows 8 editions which utilize it. I would not say Loaders on Windows 8 are impossible they will just require a bit more handy work and probably some cracking.
I don't get this... If you don't enter key, how can you activate it??? All this key and activation thingy is so confusing...
yea but the easiest and simplest way for ppl to understand is pro key activates pro and core key activates core If you had included that in your post it would have been much clearer to users Ken asked a simple question and you left out the simple answer
Not every user wants to add ei.cfg to there DVD some just want to install it the easiest and simplest way
read my post properly... I said u can skip the key during installation... but u have to add one later after install to activate... and not entering the key forces the installer to ask the user to choose the edition

The rules should be revised to allow untouched Windows 8 Images aka WIMs. The All in one images are the same thing as the MSDN / Technet ISO's and have only been grouped together into one super ISO so I don't see the big deal tito seeing as I have a 19 in 1 ISO as well as 16 in 1 for Windows 8. Even though I already have all the separate Volume and Retail ISOs including the beta of Embedded. As of right now there has only been 1 modified Windows 8 image that has been released into the wild so there really is nothing to fret over at this point. I believe the point is moot concerning Windows 8 AIO's.
