    IF this is true, that would be great if you want to dual-boot with the upcoming Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala" whre GRUB2 is standard.

    Of course it uses grub4dos, the right sequence for WoW should look like this:
    MBR -> Partition bootcode -> grldr -> floppy (or other bootable media) image file bootsector's bootcode -> DOS' kernel (any DOS, btw) -> WoW.exe + grub.exe -> bootmgr -> winload
