The "Save as" Problem in IE 7.0

    After a long time of efforts about the “Save as” problem in IE 7.0 and VISTA OS, I posted on 05-26-2007, and what went wrong, I realized that the problem was set up due to moving of “%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp” folder to some other location. And this is because IE before saving the requested web page into the destination location downloads the page into that folder.
    Another matter that must be taken into account is the folder that Temporary Internet Files are originally saved. If that folder is moved to some other location then the “Phishing Filter” does not work.
