In the App you have a blue square in the left up position now click on the blue box and select Convert Windows 8 into Windows 8 with WMC.

Looks like microsoft have got them self's up to speed last night i was installing win8 on a pc as a xmass present for a family member they are blocking KMS activated windows when you try to convert with WMC key only 2 weeks ago i reinstalled my main PC with a new SSD and kms with WMC worked perfectly last i tried 2 clean installs and 2 unused WMC keys and got the same reaction "windows can not be activated" so i tried phone activation and it came back as "this copy of windows is not genuine " Sadly i think the days of KMS with WMC are over
