Maybe I'm not following or I basically not know how this hosts file works, but how does adding them disables them? Thanks again mate. EDIT: Just read how it works lol, awesome.
If i'm not mistaken some host entries are ignored by the OS even if they are in the host file is this true?
Actually someone else mentioned earlier that some entries are idd ignored in hosts file cuz some .dll file overwrites certain rules related to microsoft sites, but I set up the same rules in my firewall, opened connection watcher and caught nothing.
Has anyone taken the time to run "netstat, -q, -n ,-x and then run this destroyer ?. I noticed no one has yet to post the listening going on with win 10, and then shown what the outcome was for this after running scripts to block TEL. I don't care, but for people who do, maybe someone will.
I'm not at my laptop but I'll test it in a little while and see what's happening there Also if someone else wants to try as well...
Are you using a wifi or Ethernet connection? On wifi you can set a metered connection and it disables it on Ethernet I know there was a solution somewhere around here. I can't find it though
