    Do u have any clean editions of:
    Windows 8.1 pro with WMC
    Windows 8.1 ent with WMC
    that we can not use a lot of procedures to convert them to the WMC fuction.

    Yes you can download all Operating Systems if you have MSDN Operating System Subscription. But as of now 8.1 multiple editions is not yet released and it is not confirmed yet.
