    now,
    sk_windows_8_1_enterprise_x86_dvd_2972342.iso - 2.6 GB
    can't be downloaded, everytime 0kb.

    and
    th_windows_8_1_enterprise_x86_dvd_2972349.iso - 2.7 GB
    also can't be downloaded, everytime 1.32GB.

    Why?
