    thanks so much i just downloaded Windows 8.1 Professional x64 Integrate November 2013 and it came packaged with
    KMSAuto Net 1.0.6 Portable...should i use that kms version it came with or should i use the newest version u have linked?

    also when do i activate windows 8? i run the iso through the bios and then install...then what...installing this on a friends pc for him...do i have access to windows 8 once it's installed to run kms?

    Dear Tito,

    Your workaround to repair the corrupt ISO saved my day. I saved time and learned a new tech tip:spoton:. Thanks a ton. Will Install and update you guys. Can anyone please let me know the best tool to activate "en_windows_8_1_pro_vl_x64_dvd_2971948.iso". I am bit confused :confused: on which of the below mentioned tool to use and what distinguishes them from each other and their Pros & Cons .

    KMS Activator Windows 8.1 and Office15

    Try KMSAuto Net 1.0.9.1 because is easy to use and hopefully you'll not get a bit confused...:)

    I have a question here. This is in reference to offline activation :)

    When we install a particular key to activate Win8.1 via offline activation, it gives us machine ID and in return we provide it activation ID and finally we activate it. But is it possible to write down that particular key and activation ID for future offline activations on that particular PC/notebook as it may have the same machine ID everytime (when we install that particular key) when we go through offline activation?

    Obviously no. Because of the hardware difference (and the UUID), re-activation triggers automatically.
