I am going to install fresh windows 8.1 pro vl x64 GA (in first page) on my 3 machines on this friday... So my questions is, I know that this version(first page) is now the latest official release from microsoft. And update 1 is coming too so clearly I wont able to install it fresh because it'll take a time for msdn to make a 8.1 vl pro depending that future update.

Will I be able to install the future final update from windows update with this latest release 8.1 GA (first page)? I know that this future (update 1) will on windows update not on windows store..

 

I need en_ windows 8.1x64 retail under 370gb so it will fit on 4gb usb

 

Recently, I see several interesting news regarding W8.1 Update 1. Let's hope we soon have it to try

Is there any direct download link is available for en-gb_windows_8_1_pro_X86? anything like my digital river link with resume function would be great. I've some difficulty to download by using torrent clients.

 

My enterprise key isn't working for some reason after a reinstall

 

that isnt exactly a lot to work with. Sorta like saying "my car is blue and it wont start"

What was the entprise key for? win8 or win8.1? if it is for 8, it will not work for 8.1. If it is your legit enterprise key, MS already sent you an 8.1 key before 8.1 was released.

 

Enterprise 8.1

I'm using one if these isos because I lost the disk I burned last time. The only thing that had worked so far was downloading the upgrade thing from Microsoft and putting in my key there, but it downloaded the 32 bit version. When I download one of these it never asks for my key during install, gets to windows unactivated, and when I try to put my key in, it says wrong version or something. But I'm using an msdn enterprise key

Edit: Just checked with this shady looking website d-fault.nl/PidCheck.aspx at the risk of losing my key, and it said its a Core Retail key, which is weird because I managed to install enterprise before

 

In case it's a legit key, i would ask the MS Support .

Or copy into adress bar of your browser and hit [ENTER], torrent client should open. In case error appears, check magnet for spaces, normally there aint no spaces in a magnet.
