If I'm doing a complete, fresh install of 8.1 and am planning on using MTK, is it okay to use the Core/Pro version? Or should I just use the VL version?

It can be really done as I tested now, however MS specs are, that all monthly security rollups should be installed... (confused)
They copy/pasted that from the pre-release instructions. Now it's only necessary to have 2919442 and then install them in order
Hey people, why do you hunt for your (crazy) language-ISOs (4GB), when you can easily apply (40MB) language-pack to English one???
A lot of the language packs are actually only partial. It would be tolerable, but still not nearly as good as fully localized.
Some offtopic: Does the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool, still works in this new isos, or threre are better alternatives?
I believe win7 usb/dvd tool will always use ntfs partitioning. If you need to use fat32 with UEFI booting, try rufus. just google search rufus
