The update solved the "Secure Boot isn't configured correctly" watermark on my desktop, it is no longer present without enabling secure boot. It feels faster overall!
Windows 8.1 Pro ran exceptionally well before patch, feels the same here after patch. Only thing I can see that's changed is the HAL version.
Occasional stuttering when I navigate in Control Panel or Start Screen gone with this update! Windows truly became smoother. I heard this Rollup update contains 658 fixes here and there. lol.
