Tell me, I have Windows 8.1 RTM, these new updates (GA)will just install on WU over the RTM with no problems right?

if I install these files what happened OEM.Backup.x64 im now activate the windows by Skype and remove the old key please help me
also my friend installed the leaked windows8.1 enterprise like 2 weeks ago so if he make a backup of the activation and then install the new MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.8.1.ENTERPRISE.RTM.X64.WITH.ROLLUP-1.ENGLISH.DVD-WZT is he going to be able to restore his windows activation file he did from the leaked 8.1 version?
guys i really am confused with the versions, if u can help me please should I upgrade to a plain rtm pro version or a VL one? I have seen recommendations not to go for vl, and then that a VL is more likely to activate through a KMS service.... I now run windows 8 pro
Just have to be patient, one seeder and a lot of leechers at the moment, by tomorrow there will be 70-80 seeders.
