Let me ask you again, Paul (and please don't be offended), Why don't you use SFV patches to send data to copo, it would save both you and copo a lot of time and bandwidth, I'm not complaining that the ISOs are coming out too slow, just saying it could be a lot faster and a lot more efficient for you.
please guys let us do the job as we decided to do. We provide full untouched data as they come from MS .... and honestly, I really don't care how long it takes because enterprise cannot be activated atm
Windows 8.1 Setup: Choose what to keep 1) Keep Windows settings, personal files, and apps 2) Keep personal files only 3) Nothing Please help, i can't decide... if i choose the option "Nothing" it will erase only partition ( C or it will be erased everything else on the hard drive, right along with it? i mean all partitions, entirely hdd? Sorry, i can't provide a screenshot, i don't have 20 posts in here... At this moment i have Windows 8, and i want to install W 8.1 method clean install. So what it's good to choose? Thank you.
I don't know how to do that. I currently have no time to follow long steps so I still prefer this way Also, with SFV people would just nag us about on how to do that and I like to have the original ISOs more But I can have a look at the process...
Alright then, it's your choice, but even if you would use SFV patches, the data would still be untouched, the technology is designed to restore the original data, bit per bit! But anyway, thanks for everything you're doing!
One good reason why you should always partition your disks and separate applications and data from the OS partition. I am confused as to exactly what you are trying to achieve. If you want a completely fresh install of Win 8.1, whilst not loosing your data, then choose option (2), or, plug in a new disk (or SSD) and install to that, with all other disks unplugged. Whatever method you choose, make sure that you have got a secure image backup of the OS partition (minimum) on external media, like a NAS, or USB drive. I use always use Acronis TrueImage for this! If you do not want to re-install all of your apps, then option (1) is correct for an in-place upgrade. Just make sure that you have plenty of space disk space on both the OS and Temp partitions (if they are different).
I know it would make the original ISO, but do you have a tutorial for that? Not something I would consider releasing here. Even when they could go back 2 or 3 pages and find the answer to his question imagine with the SVF patches lol. I can make them and send to a reputable member who is willing to help me share some of the files via torrents!

BTW is good that you as a novice want to climb positions/range, but stop re-posting MY posts. Instead re-direct people to the main repository located at the front/main page of this forum OR at least point them to my original post. Thank you. PS. Anti-bloat practices are a good thing.
