Can someone else check one of the files in the skydrive link? They all seem to be compressed BIOS files only. The mediafire links had both. Try getting Sony's and ASUS' from the skydrive. When I unzip them they are compressed BIOS files.

I want to use them in making a multi oem dvd and it requires only uncompressed bios. TIA.

Oops sorry, forgot about that... I'll add it to my oemscan.ini just in case someone asks for it, not that anyone needs THIS key in particular ;)

@ Simpuhl, you can also use 7-Zip to expand them and if you prefer here is a small tool from MSFN called Expander you can drag and drop files into it or use it from context menu. View attachment 17667

I sometimes add .RAR after the original extension (OEMBIOS.CA_.RAR for example) then I extract with WinRAR ;)

That is fine if only one or two files but not when you may want to expand a lot of files :)

Thats guys im using eXpander, working perfectly. Am I allowed to upload "all the files unexpanded" and provide a link to someone who wants to download all at once instead of 1 at a time?

If you've got a torrent, I'll take it... and seed/peer from a couple different sites (i.e. I'll add 2 to the seed and peer counts) once I get the file/s downloaded.
All the links to torrents for the HP files I need are dead in the OEMBIOS.net Repo, and the file (or files) has (or have) apparently been removed from skydrive, when following the link from message #1 in this thread.

    Skydrive error
    ( View attachment 17780 )

    Thanks.

and here's the error oembios.net gives for everything I tried there

    Server Error in Application "42953219-OEMBIOS.NET"

    Internet Information Services 7.5

    Error Summary
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found

The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Try logging out of skydrive and then accessing the content.
