i just follow the steps for ASUS (OEMBIOS.CAT CRC32=2411858C) using the tool, and it work, sweet i will try later to make a step-by-step procedure so ppl are inform a bit better.
Hey mate read the post properly... The link you specified is already there in Side Mission 2.1 - No. 5
@ameykelkar I think what rjk123 means is : "You have not specified the 'HP SLP Patch' method as an if-else case to Mission 5.1." Somebody who has average knowledge about these things might recognize 'HP SLP Patch' method as an alternative if their MOBO do not support any of the CRCs. But novices will not.
Hi, all Question: I have re-install xp pro I have two different CRC values 1 & 2 I previous use the the step on mission 5.1 & 5.2(from previous installation of xp pro) Do I need to re visit mission 5.1 and 5.2 ? This is what I have done: install xp pro & use a key from ***** =================================== Do I need to revisit mission 5.1 and 5.2?
Mission 5.1 only indicates me to dl the appropriate values but thats all, If I previous dl the values and I used them before and now I have re install a new fresh copy of cp pro. if I dl the values I dont see the purpose of dl the values if the values were already use before the fresh installation of cp pro
Do not make it more difficult then it needs to be! If you already have the files then just replace them, or just remake the OEM CD with the files already included. Honestly 8 year old could do that with zero problems! sebus
Mate "Read Properly" is only advice that I have for you!! Yeah!!! Read Mission 5.1 and Mission 5.2 first!! Install Windows First and then follow Mission 4 and Mission 5
I have added you recommendations to the note below Mission 5.1 and also at the begining i.e. below Mission 1
hi: I have an Epox mobo with an award bios. there arent any oembios files (115 sets) for this mobo. how can I acquire it or can someone show me the procedure to extract it from the bios somehow? I also posted in the oembios archive sticky. regards
Hi guys, I just ran the OEMBIOS from a bootable USB pen drive, and selected 1 for "Windows XP", and it gave me this message.... "None of the 116 contained OEMBIOS sets will preactivate this system". What should I do now ? What's the next step ? My goal is that WGA should say my Windows XP is genuine. Thanx a lot in advance for the help guys. Desperately waiting for a reply Edit: I have an Intel 945GCNL mobo. Thought this info might help since we might be messing around with its bios
