Theme Patcher for Windows 7 SP1?

    Not sure if this has been brought up, i did search but did not find any topics.

    Does anyone know of a working Theme Patcher for Windows 7 SP1 x64Bit?
    I was using Ultimate Theme Patcher for the only works for 7600 DLL's.

    i was reading the requirements and it did not state SP1 for Win7.
    and it was last updated in 2009.
    I'll try it in VMware.
