Must have because his PE does have the 10.0.10011.0 installer.

I don't even get why they would bother making a winpe image. RTM is coming soon. Just copy the files from that when it gets released.

There isn't an update for KMS protocol in critical updates this month....
I believed this month Patch Tuesday will have an update for KMS protocol to wipe Windows 8.1 KMS activations.

 

They aren't going to wipe existing 8.1 kms activation.

 

It just doesn't make sense without the corresponding 10240 image.

 

Thanks for info... I believed MS take out KMSPico or other KMS-based activation with July Patch Tuesday due to Windows 10 release...

I'm sure he does, he just wont leak 10240 as it would be easy to trace back right now (Depending on branch its from, im guessing his source is from a traceable one)
