Thanks for helping out, Actually , i mistakenly said : "Vista on my other disk is now inaccesible" ,this is not correct though ,the bootfile is ok , vista boots ,then i get this act. message ,i can then only choose between act. or shut down or reboot. So i doubt a "repair"would solve this ? I might have to follow the suggestions to use the SLIC 2.1 method. But , as i asked before : "what would be the risk ?worst case scenario ;flash a new bios ? or is there a chance i wreck my mb flashing a modded bios?
Here is the update: I could get into vista , reapplied the original activator, then in win 7 i uninstalled w7ldr 1.0.1.9 ,rebooted ,then used w7ldr 1.0.1.9 ,the experimental mode, now both vista and win 7 are activated again. If i get problems again i will try the slic method. Thank you for the help.
