something else to test, with RW make "memory dump" start Address FFF00000, scroll down one time, and you will find the serial number of your machine, if the byte just before the serial number is 00 the SLP is OFF, if it is FF, the SLP is ON. (at least on the machines working with HPBI103 utility)
Ok, here are the Tables with the Loader uninstalled, so they will not show the SLIC. With the loader the memory at FFF00000 shows FF as the value, i will soon check without the loader (which i assume does not change the value).. All values starting at that memory location is FF (And all around it before too). the machine name does appear but way before that address.. I can send you the dump if you wish.
the structure of these BIOS'S is different from the one I usualy patch. we have to wait a leak from china for the tools.
Its been a year, nothing is being leaked on them. I guess HP is guarding it well.... Thanks for checking it out though.
Hi TTAV134, Could you help me to remove whilelist for HP Compaq nc6400 Notebook PC (version F.0B 05-sep-2007) ?? Thank you very much.
Hi, i have a HP Compaq 6910p Notebook with original bios F.19. I tryed to install an HUAWEI WWAN HSPA Module EM770 but naturally doesn't work because this module isn't in the white list and i receive the error "Unsupported WWAN device". I need "HP Compaq 6910p Notebook PC (version F.19 6-jul-2010) whitelist removed" bios version... Whan do you think to release the definitive publication of patched bios? Thank you.
Currently I am not yet allowed to post a PM. Please PM me, I have some information that might be of help, for instance some 6910P's contain the onboard WWAN adapter, some don't. Only the later released 6910P contain the builtin 3G WAN card. And the wireless on most of my 6910p's are 4965AG.
