    Just install the full installer, it will update your existing install reliably. The patches rarely work.

    Patches have ALWAYS worked for me... not sure what you are talking about....

    Thx alot LostED, is it possible to get the french version ?

    Both Clients (EN) 32 & 64b have sha1+sha256 & timestamps.

    Whats been fixed in 3385 (compared to 3384) :

    1) SEPM upgrade to 14.3 RU1 encounters an error if a repair installation is performed

    Symptoms: SEPM upgrade to 14.3 RU1 is interrupted due to missing cryptoj.jar if a repair installation is performed.

    Solution: Corrected an issue during repair installations that could prevent a specific JAR file from being placed in its proper location.

    2) SEPM upgrade to 14.3 RU1 encounters a SQL Exception if database mirroring is enabled

    Symptoms: SEPM upgrade to 14.3 RU1 is unable to proceed if database mirroring is enabled. The following error is observed: "The operation cannot be performed on database "sem5" because it is involved in a database mirroring session or an availability group."

    Solution: Corrected an issue that impacted support for database mirroring SQL Server configurations.

    Then you are lucky, on any device I have run them on it takes 3-7 times for it to not fail.

    Hello!

    Does anyone by any chance still have a copy of the SEP 12.1.6_MP10 (12.1.7454 (or 7445).7000) client installer in Spanish 32bits for XP?

    I have "Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP9_All_Clients_EN" only and and even older 10.1 for XP32bit, pero no tengo en español solo ingles.

    @amanda
    I'm kinda :fishing1: here based on your generic log but you might have a miss-configuration in your firewall.
    Anyway, the fastest and cleanest way is to uninstall everything using CleanWipe, reboot and reinstall with latest SEP 14.3.3385.1000

    Gracias! I already have a 12 version for XP "Symantec Endpoint Protection Win32 12.1.671.4971_SL".
    I will use an update pack SEP4971 to 7454.
    Thanks anyway.

    Is that I did not want to use the update pack and have the complete installer 7445 or 7454.

    By the way Spanish gives error when update IPS definitions. English version keeps 2017 definitions and no error even if not updated....
