    This might be OK for XP which had pretty lame TCP/IP management.
    But if you have Vista or 7, don't bother with 3rd party programs, the OS can take care of itself.

    It is true that Windows 7 / Vista manage internet connections way better than XP. However, this trick still improves download and web browsing...
