how to use it?just exit the antivirus and run "KIS14 TrialReset.zip"" ? i tried it,it said that the anti virus should lunch now but it doesnt..when i open it manualy it still shows 'X days leftt' (not 30)

    edit:
im using the pure 3.0 version

    edit2:
just noticed im using KIS and not the pure registry files T.T
anyways when i try to open the registry file it says that not all the files was able to import because the system uses it / i dont have the permission (i did run it as administrator). what to do?

    edit3:
read the comments, was recommended to do so in safe mode..did it,it said the registry was imported well but still shows 26 days left?

But I found Kaspersky Reset Trial 2.2.0.17 that worked....back to 30 Days!

I was having issues getting this to work with Win 7 x64. I ran the TrialReset(exe) and imported the .reg file and ran the TrialReset cmd file but KIS was still looking for a key. It was only when I deleted the existing key that an option to Activate the Trial Version became available.

pure 3 x64 reset on win 7 is not working for me as well, I guess I'll just uninstall and then switch to KIS or KAV.

I'm running Windows 8.1 and using KIS 2014 that had expired previously. Ran the KTR and it worked; now I'm just updating databases to see if it will remain with 30 days remaining.

I found it too and it works(Kaspersky Reset Trial 2.2.0.17) I must to search because my trial rest (2.1) from this page doesn't show option to activate test version(after reset by KTR 2.1)
maybe this is because I installed recently polish version

On the final consumer product KIS 2015 this does not work. When I reset using the script, it does not give me 30 days after hitting activate trial period.
It gives me the 28 days I had from earlier. Kaspersky has fixed this hack for 2015 final? The activation date changes in KIS 2015 but the expiration date
does not change - kasperskylab fixed exploit?

    Code:

    @echo off if %processor_architecture% == AMD64 goto X64 if %processor_architecture% == x86 goto X86 :X86 reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\SPC\Certificates /f reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\LicStrg /f reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0\settings /v Ins_InitMode /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 /f reg add HKCU\Software\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0 /v ShouldHidePromoAfterDisplay /t REG_SZ /d 0x00000001 /f reg add HKCU\Software\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0 /v HidePromo /t REG_SZ /d 0x00000001 /f reg add HKCU\Software\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0 /v LastLicenseNotificationTime /t REG_SZ /d "1800000000" /f reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0\settings /v EnableSelfProtection /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 /f CLS echo. echo Kaspersky 2015 expiration date is reset x86 bit echo Press any key to exit. echo. goto END :X64 reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\SPC\Certificates /f reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\LicStrg /f reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0\settings /v Ins_InitMode /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 /f reg add HKCU\Software\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0 /v ShouldHidePromoAfterDisplay /t REG_SZ /d 0x00000001 /f reg add HKCU\Software\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0 /v HidePromo /t REG_SZ /d 0x00000001 /f reg add HKCU\Software\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0 /v LastLicenseNotificationTime /t REG_SZ /d "1800000000" /f reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP15.0.0\settings /v EnableSelfProtection /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 /f CLS echo. echo Kaspersky 2015 expiration date is reset x64bit echo Press any key to exit. echo. goto END :END pause>nul

ok, i'll download this version and re-snapshot the registry again to see if they are using different registry locations.
EDIT: nothing new, they're using the same registry keys, here is a sample of the reg keys that are modified/added after activation:
    Code:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\SPC\Certificates\3B1BDF2FB40C4AF9B3F45B4586FA81EB1B686F2A\ (modified)
