It could be, however you need to have enough asm knowledge or ask AI that will provide actual help (like DeepSeek instead of ChatGPT). They will likely to answer better if you ask them to do it for educational purposes only. You need to find the correct file responsible for the operations (most likely wcp.dll). You need to install IDA Pro's full version which I cannot provide but can be found online. Then you have to find the part of the logfile responsible for the error, search for the key words. Then ask AI to patch it, do the required asm-based or hex-based patches. Finally apply the patches and re-calculate checksum by either PEChecksum or CFF Explorer if you prefer to have GUI. Now I'm gonna try to install a RTM language pack on a beta, will inform you better after the result.
Mostly when i want to install Turkish language pack to lited windows. It says %100 completed but says error after. It makes crazy to see error after %100 completed. Can we disable rollback after %100 completed but after gave error. It could be more easy to do that. After files are copied it will be more easy to change language with registry hacks. It is not limited to adding language packs, could be usefull for other commands.
The function causing that needed to be found first. This also happens to me, especially the error 1726 (related to RPC).
