    I hadn't a way to change editions, and was about to give up and reïnstall when I quite literally stumbled upon the solution: boot Windows using WindSLIC.efi.

    Can all Korean K or KN versions of Windows 7 be activated?

    After testing, Ultimate K can be activated.

    Just curious what is the latest way to permanently activate windows 2022? Right now, I will have to reactivate it every 6 months which isn't bad but I thought maybe there was a a better way. I scanned through this thread but it's a lot! And at least a few of the methods listed are obsolete or potentially risky according to some posts.

    Windows Server 2008 and later can be permanently activated with TSforge option in MAS.

    And KMS_VL_ALL with autorenewal is kinda permanent too.
    This thread is not a real reference thread for current activation methods.

    Tried on Dell PowerEdge R740 with Windows 2025 Server but it didn't work. Any one who had success on this? TIA.
