i have completely uninstalled and reinstalled and got the above error frequently I have to reinstall windows or restore the backup file to fix it
Does your Office installation is good? You can verify them on Deploy -> Installation files management -> Verify files. I think this is an error about my app.
I installed successfully Office Pro Plus 2021 Volume and activated. It installed full components expecting there is an option during installation I can choose and install what I want but installed all without this option. What's the best way to uninstall unwanted components (eg. Keep MS Word, Excel and Outlook and uninstall/delete/disable Skype for Business, Publisher, Access, OneDrive etc)? Thanks
On deploy page, unchecked the apps that you want to uninstall, then start deploy. Note: Do not change other settings, just keep them in normal.

KMS VL ALL also seems to not detect my office 2019. Previously i had office 2019 installed and activated no problem, but then, maybe because auto update? Suddenly i lose the activation. So i tried to re-activate it, and it show that error I unistall office, restart pc, then download new office 2019 from the Tool, and i got this error whenever i tried to activate it. help. Edit : I managed to fix it (I think?) I clear all license and clear all activations (Make sure you have Ms.Office closed, and don't reopen until finish) Then i install Office Pro Plus 2019 VOLUME, and click Activate I check the activation status on Ms.Office, and it doesn't say i have any license, and there are no "expiration date" (but i still can use ms.office), So that seems to be the fix. There have somethings I think you should know: Only volume licenses can be activated through KMS. Retail is not supported. Auto-update won't break up your activation, I think the most problem is that your activation is expires without renewal. It doesn't need to re-install Office to fix your activation. But your problem is solved now, that's a good thing
Keep having issues installing 2021 on a fresh OS install, and it keeps installing 2019. Everytihng is fine in OTP, just shows 2019 after opening up MS office app. Any Ideas?
If you have Office already installed, clear Office activation on activate page, then activate it as you want. Install licenses. Set KMS host. Click Activate.
I could do with a little bit of help please chaps... i managed to install office 2019 on another laptop using an older version of OTP and it installed correctly and activated as well. I am now using the latest version of OTP 8.2.4.3 and have finally managed to get office 2019 pro plus volume installed. I then clicked on "install licenses" and everything seemed fine. a whole list that looked like this : Office Activation Processing Installing Office license: c:\program files\microsoft office\root\licenses16\proplus2019xc2rvl_makc2r-ppd.xrm-ms Office license installed successfully. but upon checking "display licence information" all i get is a list of these: Office Activation Processing Office 19, Office19ProPlus2019XC2RVL_MAKC2R edition License Description: Office 19, RETAIL(MAK) channel SKU ID: 0b4e6cfa-3072-434c-b702-bd1836e6887c License Status: ---UNLICENSED--- Error Code: 0xC004F014 Error Description: The Software Licensing Service reported that the product key is not available. Thanks for the reply zucrin,... I gave up with OTP and went with Office RTool. That made life so much easier. now 2019 is installed and activated. All i need to do now, is find a way of getting my mail and numerous accounts from my old laptop to my new one. I thought about using Remo Outlook and backup migrate, or possibly EaseUS PC Trans..... but I've no idea which is better of if there is a good alternative. When i go to open the new version of outlook all i get is a prompt to enter an email address. I've no idea how to bypass that to get the program to open. any help or advice on this would, as always, be very much appreciated.
think I found a bug same configuration - press on - [deploy] sometimes it decided to download sometimes it decided to do online install
To check your deploy configuration is valid or not, view XML code for details. Sometimes Office Tool Plus will download the installation if you checked "Install after download. If the installation exists, Office Tool plus will start installation immediately.
