I think the retail version is the better choice. Now I am using Microsoft 365 product + Mondo 2016 license.
How do you get a working Office 365 working with this tool? I chose the Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (O365ProPlusRetail) and added the Office 2016 Mondo Volume License and I activated against a local KMS server and I ended with Viewer only apps... Click the button "Add product", select a visio*/mondo/etc., select the application Visio (Mondo). * The product must be selected according to the purchased key, incl. for KMS activation. Theoretically, you can combine Mondo and Microsoft 365. I do not undertake to guarantee that in this case you will be able to activate products in different ways (kms, activation by key or subscription). Test yourself. First, install everything, then activate Visio, after which you select in another program (word, excel) the activation check by logging into your Microsoft account. Installation runs one version of applications from the selected channel, and activation is performed according to the license name (with or without a year). On the activation tab, you can change licenses (products) without reinstalling the software suite. It's not exactly fair with Microsoft's standard deployment method, but it does make it easier to activate products.

Yeah, what I meant is to activate Office 365 on a tablet, so I can work. If that's not possible then I guess I'll just use Google Docs and Sheets.
Look for a topic (forum) on mobile applications, and do not write in the topic of a completely different program. Especially for a different operating system. As far as I remember, mobile applications do not require activation. Only some functions are limited, but you can also search for hacked apk applications. Google to the rescue.
