It takes a lot of dedication to make a good tool like this and Its helps to give feedback on project tools in the forum which we all learn from

However, with due respect we should be able to handle antivirus (AV) effect on unknown applications and unassigned drivers.

My simple suggestion if you are not comfortable to let your AV exclude any new application its best to have a virtual machine Test bed

    Hi All

    Quick update here.
I dug out an old netbook, got it running and managed to get the tool to download the files successfully.
Windows 10 LTSC now running on my laptop.

As was pointed out it was the AV, even though it was supposed to be turned off it was still running in the background.

Many thanks to all for your assistance.

Special thanks to S1ave77 for the awesome tool and also to Enthousiast for his tireless help.

Just to say thank you to @s1ave77 and everyone else involved in this, really appreciate it; if only i'd known/asked sooner, would have saved me so much trouble ^^

Hard to say without knowing when it crashes exactly. What Windows version you are running the tool on?

It maybe of help to someone in a similar position to the one I was in. I've been playing with both the GUI and CMD version and it appears that whilst the AV causes a checksum mismatch with the GUI version even if the AV is disabled it doesn't with the CMD version. This is both with the AV disabled and also with it running on the CMD version.

When I select the language number (after chosing the M, 0, 6, and B options) it always downloads the en image in spite of choosing another language (it lists the en image and the one I want to download) and it doesn't download the one I want.

What output is shown by the tool? From your explanation it still sounds like the Antivirus is interferring in background :g:.

So, I have to download the en image and not the one the I want in order to convert it to the one I want?

It's disabled. It shows two images, one is the en one and the other has the language I choose. Also, could you tell me what's the difference of downloading an ISO with the latest CU integrated or integrating it (and the latest SSU) in an untouched ISO (i.e., with the first build) myself? And if I only want an ISO with the latest CU and not with the latest Security update for Adobe Flash Player, the latest CU for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 and the latest SSU update and it comes with all of these like it happened to me in the past and what wil happen if it comes with the latest Adobe Flash Update and CU for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 integrated and I remove Adobe Flash Player and .NET Framework 3.5 with MSMG ToolKit or NTLite afterwards? And if I integrate more recent updates when it has older ones? Will the ISO have both or will it replace the older ones (like the CCU and SSU older ones being replaced by more recent ones)? Maybe I should integrate the latest updates in the original build.

OK, wasn't clear the tool actually worked as expected. As @Sajjo mentioned, the en-us ISO is the source which is converted to the localized target by the SVF.

Use the vanilla RTM 17763.1 ISO to integrate Updates, the refreshed versions have a superseded CU integrated (and are usually resetbased so they are uninstallable).

For the rest better ask in the appropriate support threads ;).

So, I have to download the en-US image and not the one the I want in order to convert it to the one I want by using the SVF? Thanks, but I wouldn't uninstall the latest CU, anyway, so that's what I wanted (only regarding that update and the latest SSU and CU for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2).

EDIT: It looks like the Adobe Flash Player update and the CU for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 is still integrated by NTLite even after removing Adobe Flash Player and .NET Framework 3.5 with NTLite. It also integrated the latest updates not overwriting the older ones (can I have any problem with these two situations?) and I can't remove an already integrated update so I'll integrate the updates I want in an untouched ISO.

Already said; wrong thread for the topic ;).

With Win 10 Cumulative Updates i stopped to intergrate Updates into an ISO, it's kinda futile. I download the needed updates from the catalog and update my systems manually. When a fresh install is needed i use the vanilla RTM ISO and update the installed system offline with latest versions of SSU/CU/Flash/.NET.The rest are regular Image backups i restore if needed.

  19. I want to download Windows 10 LTSC 2019 (Latest Version) in English from s1ave77s SVF ISO tool, however I just found out about the N version, Whats the difference between the N version and non-N version of Windows 10 LTSC 2019? Is the only difference the removal of Windows Media Player? Thanks in advance!

Windows 10 N - available to customers in Europe, does not include Media Play back capabilities, but can be downloaded separately
