Nope, it means it's the re-release iso for 2019 LTSC (17763.107) but the release channel was VLSC, and with the Business and LTSC iso's it's MVS = VLSC. The 17763.107 MVS iso filenames contained errors at the language code, that's why the VLSC filenames were used.
I can´t download LTSC 2019 .107 in Spanish. After 4 minutes or so and with hash OK program only downloads english US language ISO. It says that ISO for Spanish language(=09) can´t be found. This didn´t happen two weeks ago.
