deleting from safe mode also does not work.several unlockers and deleter softwares also fails to delete it.its a rar file uploaded by cracksmindk to some filesharing site.this file is in a folder which has 4 files of other formats .md4 .md5 .sfv SHA1 also not deletable.

a forum member told me to go to safe mode and delete this file Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019 16.0.10325.20118 + Visio Pro + Project Pro (x64+x86) English + Activator [CracksMindk]er size 1752170 KB But it is still there.it reisits every attempt to delete.in the same folder there are 4 1kb files,which also are undeletable.Right clicking on this winrar file give 6 options open,shre file/folder,scan selected items for viruses,open with,pin to start men,send to. Right clicking on this file and choosing the option open displays the following message/dialog box. EXPLORER.EXE the file name is too long. posting screenshots is against forum rules.
at gwekk: As everything (even 'Safe Mode') is not working for you and because this "very suspicious" Office setup file is not from official MS sources or MDL, you should consider deleting your Windows in total and start anew. We can only give help in mosts aspects and errors occurring in setups from official and MDL sources. And to be honest, such "sources" as yours are highly doubtful (and maybe be full of viruses and malware). So don't expect any further analysis on your case.
Installing Office 2019 under Windows 7 / 8.x: You are NOT having done all steps mentioned in abbodi1406's post! "start "" /MIN setup.exe /configure configure%instarch2%.xml" The above line from "start_setup.cmd" shows, that you are NOT having entered "C" for "OfficeClickToRun.exe" in OfficeRTool install dialogue when asked at this step: Set Install method (OfficeClickToRun.exe = C or ODT Setup.exe = S) >C Redo (I)nstall, select "C" and it will work.
