@myclone1234 Two separate issues: 1. @Andre5000 ´s case is probably AV sw interfering, I downloaded LTSC with no error. 2. 1809 February refresh - 17763.316 source ISOs got DMCA'd. Follow this post
Hi, dear Saijo, thanks for the reply! I downloaded the SMRT SVF ISO converter tool again, it had the filename with -master-ab565b8af36b49aec8dde9d805c4c1b5947df18e at the end of it. Am not sure if it was a different version as filesizes were the same. However this new download worked well. The ISO was fine. The problem was with the conversion. Not sure if it was AV, I did think of it and looked for possible issues. I use BitDefender and it was apparently allowing the tool do do whatever it wanted. I was also running the tool with administrator privileges. But anyway it worked, I got a good ISO. Will burn and reinstall windows now. Thanks for everything guys. Cheers!
Would an option here to choose download Source iso from another hoster be feasible? Expected filename and SHA1 is presented. Input a working URL and if downloaded iso match SHA1 -> continue with svf download Just an idea that crossed my mind......
@Sajjo You could also download the source iso manually from any source and put it next the svf2iso cmd or svf2iso exe and start the full process, that will also skip downloading the fixed source iso and only downloads the svf and runs the conversion process.
@marcos belasques Start svf.iso.converter.aio.cmd - latest v0.35.04 -> #1 Windows 10 1809 LTSC Oct Refresh [17763.107] es-mx: x64 iso: V - 1 - 6 - 10 - S x86 iso: V - 1 - 8 - 10 - S Pay attention to AV sw, they tend to create problems.
Well, I was using the tool to convert en-us to fr-fr, and in the meantime I directly found the fr-fr ISO I was looking for. Due to limited bandwidth, I will give a try as soon as my current download is finished.
If you found your iso, you don´t have to try with conversion using "external" source iso. It works, it is only to help those who cant easily find preferred language.
