Oh f**k, I know what happened, HXD made a backup in DUMP folder ALL the times I tried to repack the BIOS! And andy's tools was trying to insert the backup file into the repacked BIOS too! That was the cause of the error, LOL So I cofirm it is indeed working, my mistake... About your question, No, I haven't cause I'm still waiting for Dell to fix my Notebook from the first brick (the one I got when trying to flash capsulated BIOS using recovery mode)
If You have any doubt You can write me in PM and I try to help You ! Let me know your discovering. regards
I tried to flash with a modded BIOS I found on the web that supposedly would unlock hidden screens in the BIOS, I was hoping there might be some options for processor support in those pages. I was wanting to upgrade to a Core i3 processor, and hoped there might be some settings in the BIOS that might be changed if I could access them. Right now, I don't care about all that, just want to get back to a working laptop. Anyone who can help, please advise, thanks.
phoenix tool show error by filling SLP file. Using default slic, HP slic with SLP is sometimes works, DELL slic with SLP don't work with module resizing error. LENOVO slic with(out) SLP don't work with same error. My bios is ASUS. Someone has same problem?
Was wondering if you could give me a hand. Have a Compaq CQ57 that froze in the middle of the BIOS update. Have tried a bunch of different methods to use a flash drive and go that route but nothing is working. Could you please tell me what BIOS files I need to use exactly, what I should name them exactly, and how I should format my flash drive exactly because nothing is working.....
