    Manually only. Although I can't remember how.

    Hi andyp,

    the v1.25 seems to fix issue with incomplete SAMSUNG SLIC.
    I am waiting for a feedback. I'll let you know then.

    wait a ssv2?? or ssv3 do you mean. if you mean ssv3 i have tried that and tried every suggestion i could find in this thread. the problem with the ssv method is it changes everything but the marker to 2.1 the marker remains at 2.0 it does nto get changed? suggestions on how to change the setting will be welcome and tried if possible. thank you again

    The .fd file is the BIOS file itself. The .ima file is a floppy image which contains boot files, the flash utility, and the .fd file. You can open this image with WinImage. If you write the image to a floppy you can copy your modified .fd to it and boot the floppy to flash your BIOS.

    You could also use WinImage to reinsert the .fd file into the .ima file, and then reinsert the .ima into the .iso. Then burn the .iso to a CD.

    This method works fine. Bios was modified successfully.
    Windows 7 is activated.

    Thanks CrEOF for your quick response :) I tried the CD method and unfortunately got the same result. (no floppy drve)
