I flashed my P8P67 with the dynamic mode. Is there any advantage or disadvantage in using the dynamic vs ssv mode.
The link in the first post is broken........... Where can I find this tool? I perfer to do it manually (the way I did it last time)
can some1 try the mod above? I have P8P67 but dont have any means of returning it(gift - no receipt) so if i brick it - will have to buy new board. Or is there a sure way to restore bricked P8P67's without buying any additional equipments(bios chips, programmers etc.), if so i would be willing to try any mod bios outthere and post results here
P8H67M-LE works fine with 1.73b5 using SSV. I can't test if the memory settings are functional because my RAM doesn't support any speed higher than the current setting. Thank you so much for writing the tool. Worked great!
Tool 1.73b5 P8P67 1204 bios, dynamic mod working As others, ddr3 forced at default speed (post screen says 1333, too, but 1600 selected in bios, was showing 1600 before flashing) Don't know for cpu voltage, coz stable at 5 ghz with no tweaks, happy! Thanks andy!
Please, can you try with a lower ram freq ? Mine stays fixed at 1333 when choosing 1066 or 1600. So if you can really set you dram speed lower, that works 100%
Same here! I used 1.73b6 with my P8P67 Pro at Dynamic with version 1204. I noticed my G.Skill RipjawsX (2x4GB 1600) went back to 1333. Also, they went back to 1333 when I upgraded from the stock BIOS (0802, I think) to 1204 and then again when I went to my modded 1204, so I might just be a bug in their BIOS? That was all easily fixed though. I'm doing all of my tweaking in Windows with AI Suite II and am running perfectly stable at 5.05Ghz with my i5-2500K at decent voltages.
