hey andy! thank you so much for this great piece of software. you see i'm not interested in SLIC mod, i just want to be able to mod my nvidia vbios as it is packed with all other bios modules under one big file and your tool is the only one i found to be able to do that. My Laptop is Toshiba A660-3d laptop with nvidia GTS 350m GPU.i just want to check with you that my modus operendi is fine and that it should work :

    1. i load my original rom into your tool, it dumps all modules under a DUMP folder.
    2. i found the nividia gpu vbios module under the DUMP folder which i edit under nibitor to get the modded vbios in a seperate file under a separate folder.
    3. in your tool, under manufacturer i choose other
    4. under avanced settings, i tick no SLIC + allow user to change other modules
    5. i click GO and wait for the popup saying i can change my modules under DUMP
    6. i override the original vbios moduler under DUMP with the new moded one keeping the same name.
    7. i click ok.
    8. i flash the new BIOS with _SLIC extension.

i just want to check with you..in this scenario do the Original/SSV2/dynamic options have any impact ? the produced BIOS should have everything sorted out (ie integrity, checksums,etc...) right so i can flash it right away? If i do all the steps except overriding the original vbios file under DUMP, i should get exactly the same BIOS right? the no SLIC option does not override my original SLIC?

    thank you very much!

EDIT : i just want to add, in case this may be significant, that your tool identified my BIOS as being EFI /Insyde

That's what I ended up doing, I just wasn't sure if it was a bug or not. Thanks for the response.

Do you have the .HDR file you used to modify this BIOS available? Would like to try this, but hate to reinvent the wheel for no reason.
