The anticipation is killing me... Any chance I could test/try out the pre-release? (I assume its pretty much done for the en-us language and you are mostly working on other languages?) I need to badly reinstall windows xp on my desktop (endless BSODs) Take care of yourself!
lol, same, i have some legacy old school hardware that needs to be re-programmed and the software that can do it only works on xp or 2000, 9x windows with a serial port. so that a fun another story.. i know that you can skip apci checks with f7 but on modern setup dose not work like that. i know that some people do a bench tests with xp on latest hardware to get more performance wonder how they get it going.. mystery to me.. Anyway sorry for your health problems "George King" take care for sure ! and get better
I tried Windows XP Professional SP3 x86 - Integral Edition 2022.9.9. It installed without errors on a Lenovo T61P. However when I try to install "LegacyUpdate-1.4.1.exe" I receive an error. I cannot share the link until I have 5 posts, the screen capture is on github LegacyUpdate. Here is the debug. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?> <DATABASE> <EXE NAME="LegacyUpdate-1.4.1.exe" FILTER="GRABMI_FILTER_PRIVACY"> <MATCHING_FILE NAME="LegacyUpdate-1.4.1.exe" SIZE="525194" CHECKSUM="0x2171E14E" BIN_FILE_VERSION="1.4.1.0" BIN_PRODUCT_VERSION="1.4.1.0" PRODUCT_VERSION="1.4.1.0" FILE_DESCRIPTION="Legacy Update" COMPANY_NAME="Hashbang Productions" PRODUCT_NAME="Legacy Update" FILE_VERSION="1.4.1.0" LEGAL_COPYRIGHT="© Hashbang Productions. I'll try to contact zone94, maybe we can get a fix in sooner. "update: *Known issue with 1.4.1 at the moment, see # 37 for more info. Workaround is to use 1.4 for now."
I asked a fellow Windows XP user if they knew who maintained The Driver Pack. I would like to contribute "Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN" drivers. Im also courious if it includes Centrino Advanced-N 6235. I was made aware of the following link and saw a bunch of drivers. I'll have to take a closer look, to see where I missed the password. Easy Driver Packs, I cannot post link yet. ;(
